CA Technologies and Westcoast Team-Up to Deliver the ARCserve® Family of Products in Ireland

Datchet, UK, June, 30 2010 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA), the world’s leading independent provider of IT management software, today announced that it is partnering with Westcoast Ireland in a deal that will see the distributor providing the CA ARCserve family of products to the Irish channel.

The Westcoast partnership will enable CA Technologies to engage with more partners in Ireland whose customers’ require software solutions to protect business assets and data. The extended reach means that CA Technologies will be in a position to help more Irish companies to reduce costs and increase operational efficiencies with its multiple industry award winning CA ARCserve.

The CA ARCserve family of products provide total protection, recovery and availability for business systems, applications and data. Recently launched in May 2010, CA ARCserve r15 builds on the award-winning CA ARCserve r12.5, and includes virtualization enhancements and built-in data de-duplication. It features infrastructure visualization and granular restore of Microsoft® Active Directory® which help companies reduce cost and increase operational efficiency.
