Gartner Recognised Integreon for Being an Innovative, Impactful and Intriguing Vendor in the Business Process Services Sector

LOS ANGELES, June 28, 2010 – Integreon, the largest global provider of integrated research, legal and business solutions to professionals, today announced that it was recognised by Gartner as one of four innovative, impactful and intriguing companies offering business process services. Gartner, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, named Integreon a “Cool Vendor” in the March 31, 2010 research report, “Cool Vendors in Business Process Services, 2010.”

“Globalisation continues to be a consistent theme across all types of service providers and client organisations,” writes Cathy Tornbohm, Gartner vice president responsible for business process outsourcing (BPO) research. “Gartner has published an extensive array of research about the attributes that represent the shift to the industrialisation of IT and business process services. This report showcases four examples of vendors that are making the most of new technologies, business concepts and service delivery models.”

Integreon is a global provider of integrated research, legal, discovery and business solutions with a workforce of nearly 2,000 people. The company serves clients through a mix of onshore and offshore delivery centers located in the United States, United Kingdom, China, India, the Philippines and South Africa, as well as with global teams that work on-site at clients’ locations around the world.

“The rapidly evolving global marketplace has generated demand for providers who understand that success in any number of business processes requires talented people, best-in-class technologies and a keen understanding of customers’ business needs and relevant best practices,” said Liam Brown, president and CEO of Integreon. “Integreon’s growth reflects the impact our solutions have on our customers and the trust we have earned as we help them cost-effectively address important business challenges.”

Integreon continues to achieve rapid growth. Recent customer wins include engagements to provide contract review services for Microsoft and the largest outsourcing deal in the history of the legal industry – a 10-year engagement to provide middle-office services for CMS Cameron McKenna, a London-based law firm.
